Alex Eischeid is a UX Designer and musician studying Information
Science and Music at the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill. As a designer, Alex specializes in designing for iOS and
iPadOS, with a particular passion in accessibility. He is
currently a generalist designer with App Team Carolina, who has

At 21 years old, Alex has performed around the nation, placing in competitions in several states with different award-winning ensembles, including the Triangle Youth Watson Brass Band, and the Triangle Youth Jazz Ensemble, where he performed in Lincoln Center, NYC. He feels fortunate to have worked with many talented artists and musicians. Alex is currently in his third year playing lead trumpet in the UNC Jazz Band. Find more in the Music tab.
